Fresno State Athletics – The Bulldog Foundation 2011 - Present
Development Assistant
· Involved in fundraising efforts that raise more than $3.5 million annually for Fresno State Athletics, and fully funded over 250 scholarships
· Integral part of a development team that, through implementing a new priority seating/parking program, added 838 new members and nearly $325,000 in new revenues
· Individually responsible for over $60,000 in new revenue through priority seating and parking upgrades and new memberships
· Assisted and accompanied the Director of Major Gifts on a solicitation which secured a $25,000 gift
· As of June 2012 accepted the additional responsibility, under the direction of the Director of Major Gifts, to fully support and help manage football suite sales and operations which are worth upwards of $600,000 in annual revenue.
· Serve as Bulldog Foundation sport club liaison for the Dugout Club (Baseball) and Lacrosse Legacy (Lacrosse), volunteer support groups for their respective sports
· Assisted with restructuring of priority seating/parking program for football and men’s basketball in an effort to increase revenues from a market driven annual fund
· Steward “Green V Society” donors at the $10,000 membership level and above at numerous special events
· Event Coordinator on numerous special events for “Green V Society” donors, such as, Golf outings and Game Day tailgates
· Created the first manual for The Bulldog Foundation’s Annual Fund Strategic Plan
· Utilize Paciolan software, and integrating Advantage, to provide customer service to donors, daily development office management, premium seat allocations, and event parking assignments
· Managed 4 interns for the “Touchdown Room,” an exclusive football tailgate event for donors at the $2,500 membership level and above
